So, um, this is happening… mostly because the book is now free from its job of sitting under my computer, which has been stolen.
My period of light reading between dauntingly long literary classics has been mostly a bust this time. The Fourth Bear was OK, but both Stephen King books were kind of disappointing (The Long Walk was better than From a Buick 8, but pretty much any of my 10th grade English essays is better than From a Buick 8.) so I think I’ll cut my losses and dive back into some substantive reading, Moby Dick-style.
